I bought Pro but it’s not showing / I got a new phone

Open the App and tap “Restore Purchases” (in the Pro or Profile section), signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. Your Pro access will come back — there’s no separate NãoEntendi account to log into.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not inside the App:

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play’s order history. If you’re stuck, email us and we’ll point you the right way.

I lost my progress

Your progress (XP, streaks, learned gírias) is stored on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the App, or switching to a different phone, will reset on-device progress, since v1 does not sync across devices. Your Pro purchase can always be restored as described above.

How do I switch the language between English and German?

Use the language toggle (DE/EN) inside the App. Your choice is remembered on your device.

I found a wrong or missing gíria
